We have a mixed feeling of our week spent in Florida. After having spent a night at the airport in Washington we flew to Miami. The change of climate was striking and it felt like we had arrived in another country.

Ruben and Fabio are the first two people who hosted us. We stayed on their sofa-bed for two nights.
One of them is spanish, the other one portorican, they welcomed us with open arms.

I arrived at New York's JFK airport without my backpack.No explanation, just a British Airways card with over 50 dollars. I still am smiling from ear to ear - I don't care, I'm in New York!
